Behind every family’s journey at Aura is Gretchen, helping make each step feel a little easier. As a Care Coordinator, she keeps things organized, communicates with care, and supports families behind the scenes so they feel welcomed and looked after.

Gretchen brings 10 years of international hospitality experience to her role. After studying Hotel and Restaurant Management, she worked in a spa aboard cruise ships, where she learned how much kindness, patience, and thoughtful service can mean to someone away from home.

Joyful, hardworking, goal-oriented, and empathetic, Gretchen loves helping others feel comfortable and supported. Outside of work, she treasures time with her husband and son. Her warm heart and friendly nature shine through in the care she gives every family at Aura.
